We recommend the following area hotels. All three hotels are a short drive from the reception venue. As this is tourist season, we were only able to block discounted rooms at the Holiday Inn Bayside ($149/room). Be sure to let them know you are with the Harris-Abbott Wedding when you call for reservations. The Island Palms will give you a 10% discount if you say you are going to a wedding in the area, but rooms are not blocked there.

Hotels.com will often give lower rates than those quoted by the hotels (maybe even cheaper than the blocked rates), so you might want to check there too. Also many San Diego hotels have minimum night stays during the summer, but if you book with Hotels.com, you can usually get around that.
