We celebrated Karin's big 3-0 at the University Club downtown, which is located on the top of Symphony Towers, the tallest building in San Diego. The view of the city was phenominal! The theme of the party was "Pink" - everything was pink, from the signature pink martinis to the salad with grapefruit and shrimp, and the ladies received bottle openers shaped like shoes. Fun times were had by all!
